Coffee beans, in case you didn't know, are truly a vibrant green color. So long as you like your beans roasted. Lightly roasted beans retain their vibrant color and flavor, are more acidic and contain the most caffeine. The acidity, balance, and mild sweetness of medium-roasted beans are all hallmarks of this roasting style. Dark roasted beans have the lowest acidity, most bitter smokey taste, and least amount of caffeine. The coffee's flavor was sensitive to such details as the size of the grind. A coffee that has been ground incorrectly might be extremely bitter and watery. Medium-ground beans were required for the traditional drip brew. Coffee is at its most 

flavorful when brewed with water just below the boiling point, at 90 degrees Celsius.

 

 

 

Caffeinated coffee is brewed from cherry seeds. The fruit of the coffee cherry tree is also edible. There is no solid proof as to who first started drinking coffee or when, however it is widely believed that coffee was initially brewed from roasted and ground coffee seeds in Arabia. Brazil, Mexico, Guatemala, Colombia, Kenya, India, and Ethiopia are just a few of the more well-known commercial coffee producing countries. The climate is pleasant, the rainfall is abundant, and the soil is rich.

 

 Can you tell me where coffee first appeared? Among the two coffee species, C. canephora and C. arabica, the latter is more widely cultivated and consumed because to its superior flavour and fragrance. Several countries in Asia, South America, and Eastern Africa are major producers of Arabica coffee. Moreover, the most common type of C.canephora is called Robusta, and not only is it the cheapest, but it also has twice as much caffeine as Arabica.
